FAQ
Common Questions
How much does cleaning cost?
It depends on square footage, how often you need service, and the condition of the space. We don't quote over the phone because we'd be guessing. You get a free walkthrough and a flat written price within 24 hours.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry $2M general liability and provide a certificate of insurance before we start work.
Do you clean outside business hours?
Yes. We start as early as 6am, so we can be in and finished before your team arrives for the day.
How fast can you start?
Usually within a few days. Real estate turnovers and interior cleanups can often start within 24 to 48 hours.
Do you clean houses too?
Yes. Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, one-time deep cleans, and move-in/move-out cleaning.
